About The Position

Collectors is seeking a Claims Representative to join its Collectors Claims team. The team handles claims for customers whose collectibles may have been damaged or lost during their return journey. The Claims Representative serves as a central liaison, guiding customers through the claims process and communicating with them by phone and email. The position reports to the Claims Manager and is based onsite at the Santa Ana office five days per week.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of administrative experience.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written organization and communication skills.
Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite products.
Authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

College degree preferred.
Knowledge of Salesforce is an asset.

Responsibilities

Receive, review, and process payment requests.
Draft and send settlement and release agreements.
Accurately maintain insurance logs.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of claim activities, correspondence, and decisions.
Provide timely updates on payment status.
Address inquiries and concerns while providing exceptional internal customer service.
Work with internal stakeholders to process customer payment requests.
