About The Position

This role is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and investigating P&C insurance claims to determine their validity and ensure accurate and fair settlements. This role involves examining policy coverage, gathering evidence (such as statements, reports, and documentation), interviewing claimants and witnesses, and identifying potential fraud or inconsistencies. This position offers a hybrid work schedule. Candidates who are located within 50 miles of our West Bend office location will work a hybrid schedule for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and contribute across multiple functional areas
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven track record of managing priorities and delivering results in fast-paced settings
Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to take initiative in evolving business environments

Nice To Haves

Experience handling auto and GL/PD claims is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Associate in General Insurance and/or Associate in Claims designation.

Responsibilities

Investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims while delivering outstanding customer service.
Negotiate settlements with insureds, claimants, and attorneys.
Manage active files, ensure accurate reserving, and maintain compliance with audit guidelines.
