As a Bodily Injury Claims Representative II, you will be responsible for the investigation, negotiation and resolution of complex claims. You will contribute to our client service culture through daily interactions with clients and by implementing innovative, client-centric solutions. Requirements

  • Three years of claims or related business experience.
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma.
  • A Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.
  • Provincial adjuster license(s) depending on the province of work.
  • Proficiency in English.

Nice To Haves

  • French is an asset.
  • Currently holds or working towards Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Investigating, interpreting coverage, negotiating and making decisions autonomously, to resolve complex bodily injury claims.
  • Contacting claimants, clients, lawyers and witnesses in the investigation and resolution of claims.
  • Coaching, training, and providing technical support to the claims team.
  • Providing exceptional client service in accordance with our claims service and quality standards, with the view of enabling the organization to be the industry leader in client engagement.
