Claims Manager, Marine

This individual will be responsible for handling multi-line claims including brown water, hull, personal injury, collision, Protection and Indemnity, and commercial marine liability claims.
Requirements
- Knowledge of CMLs and Bumbershoot policies is essential.
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and have the ability to assimilate learning materials on many different subjects.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-7 years of experience managing ocean marine claims
- Superior negotiation and litigation management skills
- Must be organized, detail oriented and pro-active
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Handling multi-line claims including brown water, hull, personal injury, collision, Protection and Indemnity, and commercial marine liability claims.
