Requirements
- BA in Business Administration or equivalent discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 8-12 years of progressively more complex aviation or premises liability claim adjusting experience.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced designation such as AIC, SCLA, or CPCU.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical oversight of aviation liability claims for North America.
- Supervise in-house adjusting staff, outside independent adjusters, and attorneys.
- Serve as the primary contact on key client accounts and for brokers.
- Establish and maintain the company's philosophy for appropriate indemnity and expense reserving.
- Manage an inventory of claims and provide supervision of lawsuits for third-party litigation.
- Conduct limited file reviews.
- Bill time on billable files.
- Assist with marketing presentations for new business acquisition and current client retention.
