Claims Intern - Summer 2027
About The Position
Join our Claims team and gain hands-on experience evaluating vehicle losses, supporting real claims operations, and developing the analytical and professional skills needed to launch your career. During the first two weeks of the internship, you will participate in training alongside our Claims Associate cohort, providing exposure to auto insurance policies and coverages, claims processes and workflows, industry terminology, claims systems and technology, and overall claims operations. Following training, interns will primarily support our Auto Total Loss team by reviewing vehicle photographs and available information to evaluate vehicle damage, assisting with Total Loss Valuations, supporting administrative and operational tasks that contribute to the team's day-to-day efficiency, and assisting with projects that help improve workflow and customer service. Depending on business needs, interns may also have opportunities to support projects and initiatives across other areas of the Claims Department, gaining broader exposure to multiple lines of business.
Requirements
