This role involves handling claims from receipt through resolution, trial, or appeal. The position requires analyzing coverage, communicating with internal and external counsel, managing defense counsel, maintaining claim files, and preparing reports. The role also involves evaluating inactive claims for closure and potentially attending mediations and settlement conferences. Occasional travel may be required.
