About The Position

Investigate and pursue claims against other parties who have damaged company property and maximize financial recoveries in a fair and equitable manner. Develop working relationships with company personnel and outside parties to facilitate timely resolution of pending claims. Respond to claim inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Demonstrate effective written and oral communication when interacting with clients, management, and outside agencies, and stay organized while managing the volume of assigned claims.
