About The Position
The Claims Analyst investigates and pursues claims against parties who have damaged company property, seeking to maximize financial recoveries in a fair and equitable manner. The role develops working relationships with company personnel and outside parties to facilitate timely resolution of pending claims. It also responds to claim inquiries professionally and promptly, communicates with clients, management, and outside agencies, and stays organized while managing assigned claims.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and pursue claims against other parties responsible for damage to company property.
- Maximize financial recoveries in a fair and equitable manner.
- Develop working relationships with company personnel and outside parties to facilitate timely resolution of pending claims.
- Respond to claim inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with clients, management, and outside agencies.
- Stay organized while managing the volume of assigned claims.
