As a Claims Agent, you will play a key role in the rigorous and efficient handling of claims, supporting clients with professionalism and empathy, while contributing to service quality and the organization’s reputation for excellence. Requirements

  • Is recognized for their courtesy, excellent customer service skills, and positive attitude, even in crisis situations.
  • Stands out for their resourcefulness, active listening skills, and ability to understand client needs.
  • Demonstrates strong attendance, a strong sense of responsibility, and consistent rigor in their work.
  • Has 3 to 5 years of experience in the customer service field, technical advisor profile.
  • Has advanced levels of English and French proficiency, as the person will be required to communicate daily by phone with either French or English-speaking clients and suppliers.

Nice To Haves

  • Is recognized for their knowledge of automotive parts, an important asset for claims analysis and processing.
  • Holds a high school diploma or training in mechanics (an asset).

Responsibilities

  • Handle client and supplier requests primarily by phone, providing professional and courteous service.
  • Analyze, assess, and manage claims related to mechanical protection, in accordance with established procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service by effectively answering questions and supporting clients throughout the claims process.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure thorough and efficient file processing.
