About The Position

Old Republic National Title Insurance Company is seeking a Claims Administrative Assistant to support its Claims team. This role involves various administrative and claims-related functions, offering an opportunity to gain experience in claims administration, work with professionals, and develop skills for future growth within the organization. The position is located in Tampa, FL, and is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in the office. Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are encouraged to apply, though it is not a requirement.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of the title insurance industry
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Processing letters of indemnification for claims files
  • Contacting title agents, claimants, and Old Republic offices to obtain policies and supporting documentation
  • Entering and verifying claims data within the FileNet claims system
  • Handling incoming calls from internal and external customers, including claims hotline inquiries
  • Assisting with departmental communications, meetings, and problem-solving initiatives
  • Maintaining knowledge of company procedures, policies, and industry developments
  • Providing general administrative and receptionist support as needed
