About The Position

Old Republic National Title Insurance Company is seeking a Claims Administrative Assistant to support its Claims team through a variety of administrative and claims-related functions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in claims administration, work alongside experienced claims professionals, and develop the skills needed for future growth within the organization. The position is located in Tampa, FL and offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days per week in office). Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are encouraged to apply, but bilingualism is not required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of the title insurance industry
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional customer service and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Processing letters of indemnification for claims files
  • Contacting title agents, claimants, and Old Republic offices to obtain policies and supporting documentation
  • Entering and verifying claims data within the FileNet claims system
  • Handling incoming calls from internal and external customers, including claims hotline inquiries
  • Assisting with departmental communications, meetings, and problem-solving initiatives
  • Maintaining knowledge of company procedures, policies, and industry developments
  • Providing general administrative and receptionist support as needed
