Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage repetitive administrative tasks with accuracy
  • Teamwork and ability to collaborate in a high-volume environment
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service or administrative support (finance industry an asset)
  • Ability to come to the office 2 to 3 times per week in a hybrid work model
  • Advanced level of English proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Screen and distribute emails and incoming requests to the appropriate team members
  • Sort, scan, and manage incoming mail and documentation, including digital imaging
  • Prepare, print, and assemble client correspondence and required documentation
  • Conduct system searches to retrieve client information and follow up on returned mail
  • Support claims setup and update files, including payment status and client information
  • Communicate with clients (calls and emails) to respond to inquiries or obtain missing information
  • Collaborate with claims analysts and internal teams to support daily operations
