As a Claim Associate, you will be committed to helping customers through the claims process while providing Remarkable® service. This involves answering inbound and making outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment, supporting customers with personalized, caring, and simple interactions, proactively investigating claims, applying policy coverage, and accurately documenting claim files. Several Claims teams are hiring, and candidates may be considered for multiple opportunities where their skills and qualifications align.

Employees must successfully complete all required training, including applicable proficiency, licensing exam(s) and background checks required of various state(s).
