This involves answering inbound and making outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment, supporting customers with personalized, caring, and simple interactions, proactively investigating claims, applying policy coverage, and accurately documenting claim files. Several Claims teams are hiring, and candidates may be considered for multiple opportunities where their skills and qualifications align.
