About The Position

Apex Companies, through its newly acquired company Forsgren Associates, is hiring a Civil Project Engineer to support civil engineering projects, with an emphasis on water-related work. The role prepares engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents; performs or leads construction observation and management; provides technical guidance and quality control; supports clients during bidding, contracting, and construction; and coordinates with clients and regulatory agencies on permitting and compliance. The position offers a flexible schedule and is eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus, subject to program terms and conditions. Apex positions are eligible for annual bonus opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
• At least 4 years of civil engineering experience, with an emphasis on water-related projects.

Nice To Haves

• AutoCAD experience is preferred.
• GIS experience is a plus.
