This is a full-time position for a Virginia-licensed attorney with civil litigation experience. The role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys daily client interaction and collaborating on case strategies, supported by a team of experienced attorneys and support staff. Attorneys are expected to focus on excellent legal work and are not required to engage in business development, marketing, or administrative tasks like filing documents, as the firm is well-staffed with a supportive team. Requirements
- Full-time, Virginia-licensed attorney.
- Civil litigation experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in Virginia civil litigation.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to closely follow established policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to genuinely connect with clients and potential clients.
Nice To Haves
- Litigation experience in commercial, contract, and/or real estate law.
- DC and/or Maryland licenses.
