About The Position

Kimley-Horn is hiring a CAD Operator for its Land Development team in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. This position uses basic computer drafting software to generate site plans and construction drawings for company projects. The role is not remote.

The technician will design and produce plan sets, apply and manage AutoCAD drafting and plan-preparation standards, help maintain the drawing database, and perform routine analyses to check data accuracy. The employee will also develop familiarity with Kimley-Horn’s practices, procedures, and standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Detail-oriented, professional attitude, good communication, team player, and self-starter.
• Strong work ethic, interpersonal communication and writing skills, and desire to learn.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Autodesk or Bentley products preferred.
