About The Position

Marshall Dennehey, P.C. is seeking a Civil Defense Attorney to join its Wilmington, Delaware office. The attorney will handle motor vehicle, premises liability, and property damage claims in a team-based, collaborative practice, with meaningful client interaction and opportunities to develop the practice and grow professionally.

The position is intended for an attorney with 2–5 years of litigation experience. Attorneys work closely with experienced shareholders and associates and are not expected to independently manage cases from inception through trial immediately. Through hands-on experience, continuous feedback, and individualized goal-setting, the attorney can develop toward full case management at an appropriate pace. Requirements

• 2–5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication skills.
