About The Position
An established civil litigation defense firm with offices in San Francisco is seeking an Associate Attorney to handle all phases of litigation, including court appearances, pleadings and motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, pre-trial work, and trials, while playing an instrumental role in managing and fostering client relationships. You will collaborate closely with experienced litigators on diverse civil defense matters in a team-oriented, supportive, and engaging environment. This firm offers a competitive compensation package.
Requirements
- 1+ year of civil litigation defense experience
- Experience handling pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Courtroom experience, including court appearances and depositions
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with experienced litigators
- Active member of the California State Bar
