Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with more than 60 years of dedicated service, is seeking a Civil Defense Attorney to join our Erie, Pennsylvania office with 2-7 years of litigation experience. Specifically, we are seeking candidates who have an interest in working on high exposure medical malpractice, nursing home malpractice, guardianship, tax assessment, and zoning cases. The candidate will also be exposed to additional areas involving auto liability, premises liability and civil rights defense.
