The North Carolina Civic Engagement Manager develops and implements comprehensive, year-round civic- and voter-engagement strategies throughout North Carolina. Reporting to the North Carolina State Director, this position oversees voter registration, voter education, Get Out the Vote, youth leadership, fellowship, direct voter-contact, and community-engagement programs. Outreach methods include canvassing, phone banking, text messaging, digital engagement, community events, workshops, and site-based voter registration. The Manager supervises organizers, Canvass Leads, Canvassers, fellows, and other assigned employees. The position also develops bilingual curricula, builds community partnerships, manages program budgets and performance metrics, supports grant reporting, and collaborates with national departments.
