Voces de la Frontera is a membership-based community organization dedicated to protecting and advancing civil rights, workers’ rights, and immigrant rights through leadership development, community organizing, advocacy, and empowerment. We envision a future where all people can live with dignity, opportunity, and freedom from discrimination; where families have access to quality education, healthcare, and safe working conditions; and where communities are empowered to shape a more just, equitable, and inclusive society. Community and civic engagement organizer is responsible for building grassroots power through leadership development, community defense organizing, civic engagement, and member mobilization. This role focuses on organizing immigrant workers, youth, students, and families to strengthen local leadership, respond to attacks on immigrant communities, and build long-term community power rooted in collective action and solidarity. The organizer will help coordinate community defense campaigns, strengthen rapid response infrastructure, expand civic participation, and deepen member engagement across the region.
