About The Position

The CI Supervisor will analyze and identify opportunities for improvement using data analysis, process mapping, and other tools. They will develop and implement improvement initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role involves leading and facilitating improvement teams in the application of continuous improvement methodologies with the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS), which derives tools from systems such as Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). The supervisor will monitor and evaluate progress by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, and effectively communicate initiatives and progress to stakeholders. Additionally, they will provide training and coaching to employees on continuous improvement methodologies and tools to foster a culture of continuous improvement, and execute digital initiatives by developing and implementing digital solutions like automation, digital workflows, and data analytics. The role also requires maintaining a safe and quality-centered work environment, ensuring all initiatives align with the organization's commitment to safety and quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a continuous improvement role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and achieving measurable results
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, such as KHMS, Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational operations

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Administration)
  • Certification in a continuous improvement methodology (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt)
  • Experience with data analysis and statistical process control
  • Familiarity with food manufacturing regulations and standards

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Facilitate Improvement Teams: Supervise and guide teams in the application of continuous improvement methodologies with the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS), which derives tools from systems such as Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
