About The Position

Churches across the Columbus, Ohio area seek child care providers to work in their nursery or Children's Ministry during service times, group meetings, special events, and other occasions through the SitterTree app. Jobs are primarily available on Sunday mornings, with additional opportunities on Saturdays and weekdays. Providers choose when and where they want to work, with no minimum weekly hours. Opportunities are available throughout the Columbus metro area, including Columbus, Dublin, Hilliard, Westerville, Worthington, Grove City, Reynoldsburg, and surrounding communities. The platform also offers babysitting and nannying jobs with families.

To get started, create a profile on the SitterTree app, view available jobs, and pass a background check to apply and get booked. Payment is provided within 24 hours after each job. Compensation is $20–$25 or more per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be willing and able to complete and pass a background check.
• Previous child care experience as a babysitter, nanny, church nursery worker, daycare, preschool, or early learning center teacher, or similar.
• Experience with infant and toddler care, including diaper changing, naptimes, and bottle feeding.
• Strong understanding of child development.
• Patient, kind, and nurturing.
• First aid/CPR certified, including pediatric certification.
