About The Position

This position is responsible for assisting with start-up and stacking frozen product while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The role involves loading a set-up table, opening and stacking meat with 40 lbs. blocks of frozen meat continuously for 8 hours, understanding and setting up meat according to a formulation sheet, assisting the chopper operator, and helping set up the line at the start of the shift. The job also requires following safe work practices, including the use of personal protective equipment when required, and adhering to all sanitary procedures and policies.

Requirements

Must complete an on-line job application in Workday.
Must have 6 months continuous work history in 2 years.
All applicants must provide their government identification number so the system can verify any previous Tyson employment history.
There is a 365 days (12 months) waiting period for former Tyson Foods team members.
Maximum of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for hire.
Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
