About The Position

LifeClinic is hiring a Chiropractor to provide patient care inside Life Time facilities in the Middletown and Red Bank, New Jersey area. LifeClinic’s mission is to restore, maintain, and optimize human function and performance. The practice model features 30-minute, one-to-one patient visits with a health-conscious patient base and primarily cash-based sessions. LifeClinic provides a proven practice blueprint and extensive training. Schedule flexibility, including reduced workdays or clinic hours, may be available after meeting a revenue target.

The role combines clinical care with patient outreach and practice development. The chiropractor will provide adjustments, soft tissue treatment, and rehabilitation exercises; promote services to prospective patients; present care plans and financial options; and manage documentation, scheduling, and follow-up. While building a patient base, the position requires a commitment to 50 or more hours per week and Saturday mornings. This initial growth period usually takes six months.

The starting salary is $85,000, with pay up to $95,000 based on experience and qualifications. The position is also eligible for monthly incentives tied to performance metrics, with total annual cash compensation potential of $150,000 or more. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient.
• Design and guide patients through rehabilitation exercise programs, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients, including engaging with potential patients on the fitness floor and demonstrating soft tissue techniques.
• Present personalized care plans, including financial and scheduling options, and encourage patients to commit to ongoing care.
• Build long-term patient relationships through consistent follow-up.
• Maintain accurate and timely SOAP note documentation.
• Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications.
• Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals to support integrated care delivery.
• Use LifeClinic’s established processes and deliver exceptional patient care.
