About The Position
Join an established chiropractic and physical therapy clinic in Belvidere, Illinois. The Chiropractor works alongside chiropractic and physical therapy teams to help patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and return to activities they enjoy. This is a busy clinical setting where clear communication, teamwork, and organization support attentive, personalized care. The position offers a four-day workweek with 21 scheduled patient-treating hours, an existing patient base, mentorship, and opportunities for career growth and leadership. Experienced chiropractors and new graduates are welcome.
Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree from a CCE-accredited institution.
- Active Illinois chiropractic license or eligibility for licensure.
- Positive energy, strong communication skills, and an approachable personality.
- Ability to stay organized and engaged in a busy clinical setting.
- Strong work ethic, initiative, and a team-first approach.
- Openness to feedback, mentorship, and continued learning.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in Diversified and/or Palmer technique.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply; clinical experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations, including histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic imaging when appropriate.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide chiropractic adjustments.
- Educate patients about their conditions, treatment plans, and progress.
- Collaborate with chiropractic and physical therapy teams to coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation.
- Help keep patient visits running smoothly while providing compassionate care.
- Participate in training, clinic meetings, and professional development, including occasional events outside regular clinic hours.
Benefits
- $85,000–$95,000 annual salary, depending on experience, plus potential bonuses.
