About The Position
The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated, patient-centered Chiropractor for a full-time role at its Norterra clinic in Phoenix, Arizona. The position focuses on providing high-quality chiropractic care in a supportive, streamlined retail-clinic environment. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday and requires weekend availability. The role offers a minimum base salary of $90,000, depending on experience, plus bonus potential. This position is with a franchisee of The Joint Corp.; if hired, the franchisee is the employee’s employer and independently sets employment terms, wages, and benefits.
Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited college.
- Valid DC license in the applicable state.
- Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV or a recent SPEC exam.
- Eligibility for malpractice insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Review patients’ health and medical histories and examine and evaluate their neuromusculoskeletal systems.
- Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to address musculoskeletal conditions.
- Educate patients about routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Arrange diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze the results.
- Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
- Support membership sales through care-focused conversations.
