About The Position

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated, patient-centered Chiropractor for a full-time role at its Sparks, Nevada clinic. The role focuses on providing exceptional chiropractic care in a supportive, streamlined retail clinic environment, helping patients through routine chiropractic care. The schedule is Wednesday through Sunday and requires weekend availability. The minimum base salary is $80,000, depending on experience, with bonus potential. The position is employed by an independent franchisee of The Joint Corp., which sets its own employment terms and benefit programs.

Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited college.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state.
• Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV or a recent SPEC exam.
• Eligibility for malpractice insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Review patients’ health and medical histories, examine them, and evaluate their neuromusculoskeletal systems.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to address musculoskeletal conditions.
• Educate patients about routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Arrange diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze the results.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations.
