About The Position

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated, patient-centered Chiropractor to join its Flagstaff clinic team. This full-time position delivers chiropractic care in a supportive, streamlined retail-clinic environment, with a focus on improving patients’ lives through routine care. The schedule is Tuesday and Thursday through Sunday, and weekend availability is required. The listed minimum base salary is $90,000, depending on experience, with bonus potential. The role has no external marketing responsibilities expected. Employment is with an independent franchisee of The Joint Corp., which sets its own employment terms and benefit programs.

Requirements

Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited college.
Valid DC license in the applicable state.
Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV or a recent SPEC exam.
Eligibility for malpractice insurance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

Review patients’ health and medical histories, examine them, and evaluate their neuromusculoskeletal systems.
Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to address musculoskeletal conditions.
Educate patients about routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Arrange diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results.
Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
Support membership sales through care-focused conversations.
