About The Position

Join a patient-focused chiropractic practice in Salem, Oregon, that has served the community for over eight years. The practice is seeking a licensed Chiropractor who is passionate about helping patients improve their health through hands-on care. The position has a four-day work week with three days off, either Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Perform chiropractic evaluations, adjustments, and personalized treatment plans, including manual therapy, rehabilitation exercises, and corrective care.
• Review patient histories, X-rays, and progress to deliver high-quality care.
• Educate patients on posture, stretching, rehabilitation exercises, and home care.
• Complete accurate daily documentation and chart notes.
• Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Work closely with chiropractic assistants and massage therapists to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
• Build lasting relationships with patients through compassionate, individualized care.
• Follow clinic protocols while maintaining high standards of patient care.
• Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and continuing professional development.
