About The Position

LifeClinic, within Life Time facilities, aims to restore, maintain, and optimize human function and performance. The Chiropractor provides chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehabilitation exercises. The practice model features 30-minute, one-to-one patient visits with a health-conscious patient base and primarily cash-based sessions. Schedule flexibility may be available once a revenue target is met, and the role includes training and use of LifeClinic’s established processes. The position starts at a salary of $80,000, potentially increased based on experience and qualifications. It is also eligible for a monthly incentive tied to performance metrics, with total cash compensation potential of $150,000 or more per year. While building a client base—usually about six months—the role requires a commitment to working 50 or more hours per week and Saturday mornings. The chiropractor is also expected to market services to potential patients, including by demonstrating soft tissue techniques, and to communicate effectively with patients. Responsibilities include providing individualized chiropractic and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT), developing and monitoring rehabilitation programs, acquiring and retaining patients through outreach and care-plan presentations, maintaining SOAP documentation and scheduling, and collaborating with facility staff and healthcare professionals.
