About The Position
LifeClinic's mission is to restore, maintain, and optimize human function and performance. As a chiropractor, you will provide adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercises within Life Time facilities. The company is expanding rapidly, with plans to grow from its current 75+ locations to 200. The practice model emphasizes 30-minute, one-on-one patient visits with a health-conscious, primarily cash-based clientele, aiming to minimize insurance complexities. The role offers schedule flexibility once revenue targets are met, supported by a proven blueprint and extensive training.
Requirements
- Committed to working 50+ hours/week and on Saturday mornings while building up client base to achieve performance expectations (usually takes 6 months).
- Committed to marketing (i.e. demos of our soft tissue technique).
- Excellence with patient communication.
- Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocols.
- Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care.
- Team-oriented with a commitment to a high-quality, empathetic patient experience.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software.
- Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient.
- Design and guide patients through rehab exercise programs, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients.
- Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up.
- Maintain accurate, timely SOAP note documentation.
- Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications.
- Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery.
- Engage with potential patients on the fitness floor.
- Get patients excited to commit to a treatment plan, including presenting financial care plans.
