About The Position

LifeClinic is hiring a Chiropractor to provide care inside Life Time facilities. The role focuses on restoring, maintaining, and optimizing human function and performance through chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehabilitation exercises. The practice model includes 30-minute, one-to-one patient visits, a health-conscious patient base, primarily cash-based sessions, a proven care model, and extensive training. Schedule flexibility may be available after revenue targets are met. The position starts at a salary of $80,000 and pays up to $90,000 based on experience and qualifications. It is also eligible for a monthly incentive based on achievement of performance metrics, with total cash compensation potential of $150,000 or more per year. While building a client base—usually about six months—the chiropractor is expected to work 50 or more hours per week, including Saturday mornings, and to participate in marketing activities. Requirements

Chiropractic clinical knowledge, including spinal and extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehabilitation exercise protocols.
Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care, including presenting financial care plans.
Commitment to marketing activities.

Responsibilities

Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient.
Design and guide patients through rehabilitation exercise programs, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients, including engaging with potential patients on the fitness floor and demonstrating soft tissue techniques.
Present personalized care plans, including financial and scheduling options, and encourage patients to commit to ongoing care.
Build long-term patient relationships through consistent follow-up.
Maintain accurate and timely SOAP note documentation.
Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications.
Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
Use LifeClinic’s established processes and provide exceptional patient care.
