About The Position

LifeClinic is hiring a Chiropractor to provide chiropractic care inside Life Time facilities. The role focuses on restoring, maintaining, and optimizing human function and performance through adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehabilitation exercises. The practice model includes 30-minute, one-to-one patient visits with a health-conscious patient base and primarily cash-based sessions. LifeClinic provides a proven practice blueprint and extensive training. Schedule flexibility, such as reducing workdays or clinic hours, may be available once the revenue target is met. The position starts at a salary of $80,000 and pays up to $90,000 based on experience and qualifications. It is also eligible for a monthly incentive based on achievement of monthly performance metrics, with total cash compensation potential of $150,000 or more per year. While building a client base—usually over approximately six months—the chiropractor is expected to work 50 or more hours per week and Saturday mornings. The role also includes marketing to prospective patients, presenting financial care plans, delivering exceptional patient care, and using LifeClinic’s established processes.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient.
Design and guide patients through rehabilitation exercise programs, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients, including demonstrations of soft tissue techniques.
Present personalized care plans, including financial and scheduling options, and follow up consistently to build long-term patient relationships.
Deliver exceptional patient care and use LifeClinic’s proven processes.
Maintain accurate and timely SOAP note documentation.
Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications.
Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals to support integrated care delivery.
