About The Position

HCRC Staffing is seeking a Chiropractor to join an established multidisciplinary practice in West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The practice has served the community for more than 20 years and provides integrated chiropractic, medical, and rehabilitative care. The role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with chiropractors, physicians, advanced practice providers, physical therapists, and experienced support staff. Personal injury experience is preferred.

The Chiropractor evaluates and examines patients, reviews relevant imaging, develops diagnoses and individualized treatment plans, and provides chiropractic adjustments and treatments, including diversified and Activator techniques. The role also uses therapeutic exercises and modalities, takes and reviews X-rays, educates patients, collaborates with the clinical team, completes EHR documentation, and works with and supervises chiropractic and medical assistants.

Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited program.
• Active Pennsylvania Chiropractic license.
• Comfortable using computers and learning the EHR system.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and examine patients and review relevant imaging.
• Develop diagnoses and individualized treatment plans.
• Provide chiropractic adjustments and treatments, including diversified and Activator techniques.
• Utilize therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Take and review X-rays.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Complete accurate and timely EHR documentation.
• Work with and supervise chiropractic and medical assistants.
