About The Position

The Supports Coordinator Supervisor supervises a team of Supports Coordinators, ensuring proper training and completion of all assigned job duties. The role supports culturally competent, recovery-based practices and person-centered planning as a shared decision-making process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least three years of supervisory and/or clinical experience with the population served.
• Meet QIDP qualifications.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license.
• Complete the personnel hiring requirements specified in the Conditional Job Offer at the time of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Michigan social worker licensure, or qualifications to obtain it (preferred).
