About The Position

Soccer Shots is hiring a part-time Youth Soccer Coach to lead age-appropriate soccer sessions for children ages 2–8. Coaches use the Soccer Shots curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques to teach soccer skills, encourage character development, and create a safe, inclusive, and fun environment. The role includes setting up and taking down the field and communicating with families, caregivers, and teachers. No coaching experience is required; paid comprehensive training is provided. The schedule is flexible, with sessions scheduled close to the coach’s location. Weekday mornings, afternoons, and evenings are optional, while Saturday mornings are required. Coaches must be available to work one day on the weekend. A ten-week commitment is required to take on a lead role.
