About The Position

Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to lead soccer sessions for children ages 2–8. Coaches bring the “Soccer Island” experience to life through enthusiasm and creativity, using the company’s age-appropriate soccer curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques. The role emphasizes soccer skills, character development, confidence, and fun in a safe and inclusive environment. The schedule is 15–25 hours per week, with weekday shifts Tuesday through Friday and one required weekend day. Available schedule options include 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. or 2:00–6:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, plus one weekend day. Weekend operating hours are 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. A ten-week commitment is required to take on a lead role. No coaching experience is required; paid comprehensive training is provided. Local candidates only; work status or visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

Conduct soccer sessions for children ages 2–8, including setting up and taking down the field.
Use Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in each session.
Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and role modeling.

Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.
