About The Position

Instead of serving coffee, you'll be leading songs, games, obstacle courses, birthday parties, and celebrating every little victory with babies, toddlers, and young kids. You'll spend your day moving, laughing, encouraging, and making memories—not staring at a register or hearing another drink order. This job feels different. Every day in more than 700 locations worldwide, My Gym kids attend structured, noncompetitive and age-appropriate classes and birthday parties taught by incredibly talented, fun, and happy grown-ups. Our curriculum grows with children and features a wide variety of activities designed to promote coordination, agility, flexibility, motor skills, and social skills. Whether it’s a toddler in a parent-participation class wiggling through a warm-up, or a school-aged Ninja kid conquering our Warped Wall, the FUN never stops! Requirements

• A genuine love for children
• Availability for 25+ hours each week, including some weekends
• Coachability and excitement to learn
• Confidence speaking and performing in front of groups
• Willingness to help clean and keep our gym safe
• Positive energy and leadership
• Experience in dance, theater, sports, or fitness is a plus
• Ability to keep morale high

Nice To Haves

• Previous barista experience (skills transferable to customer service, multitasking, and positive attitude)
