About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-to-one in-school support for a 6-year-old student in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, New York. The position is scheduled for 22 hours per week during school hours and pays $25–$30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. The role involves direct behavioral support, implementing behavior intervention strategies and support plans, and collaborating with educational staff and supervisors to support the student's development and success.

Requirements

• Experience working with children in educational, behavioral, or therapeutic settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, dependable, and team-oriented approach.
• Ability to follow behavior support plans with consistency and professionalism.

Nice To Haves

• RBT certification is preferred.
