About The Position

As Formation Childcare Workers, your role is to care for the children (ages 2-12) during events and chapel services through things such as playing fun and age appropriate games, facilitating crafts, and watching over those who join. Childcare Workers will work 10-12 hours per week, covering events such as Chapel, Formation Classes, and monthly community events. These events and classes take place both on campus and in the Community House.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Care for the children in the Childcare Areas in a fun and positive way.
• Attend onboarding and CPR training.
• Be present during NSO, and as needed for potential events.
• Be in contact by phone, text, or e-mail at least weekly with the Director of Community Formation.
