About The Position

I-CAN Kids is the not-for-profit child recreation program at Arrow Ford, offering no-cost childcare for school-aged children of Arrow employees. This program was established to support dealership staff who work extended hours, including evenings and Saturdays. The I-CAN Kids staff are dedicated to providing a safe and engaging environment for children during after-school hours, on Saturdays, and during school holidays.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to pass all pre-employment testing including background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• CPR training strongly preferred – resources available to get certified once hired
• Availability to work evenings and Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Oversee a daily census of 5-15 school-aged children
• Follow and contribute to the curriculum outlined by the I-CAN Kids Director
• Maintain a safe environment for staff and students alike
• Foster positive relationships between I-CAN Kids students, staff, parents, and all Arrow Ford leadership
• Follow all state, local, and organizational policies and regulations
