About The Position

Victory Church is seeking temporary, part-time team members to lead children’s groups during our fall Reframe Soul Care Groups. This role supports children while their mothers participate in the women’s Soul Care group experience.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have valid clearances, including: PA Child Abuse Clearance, PA Criminal Background Check, FBI Fingerprinting
• Must apply through Victory Church.
• Must be approved by the Victory Kids Director and the Executive Operations Pastor.
• Must be available for the majority of Tuesday evenings from 6:00–8:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Lead children through the provided Bible story, activities, worship, and prayer.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of each child throughout the group experience.
• Nurture children in a growing relationship with Jesus by modeling Christlike behavior.
• Prepare and maintain needed supplies each week, including: Snack-time items, Activity supplies from the curriculum, Bible story props
• Maintain classroom cleanliness by: Wiping down tables, Wiping down toys, Taking out the trash at the end of the evening, Preparing the room so it is Sunday-ready at the end of each session
• Engage with parents at drop-off and pick-up by sharing at least one positive aspect of their child’s group time.
