About The Position

Inspire Early Education is hiring Floating Teacher Aides for its Inspire Howell location in Howell Township, New Jersey. The role supports children in a joyful, inclusive classroom environment, helping them grow, learn, and thrive through play-based learning. Teacher Aides create safe and engaging classrooms, support children's development, build relationships with children and families, maintain organized classrooms that meet state standards, and collaborate with the team. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a childcare setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive attitude and passion for working with children.
• Ability to pass background and health requirements.
