About The Position
Inspire Early Education is hiring caring, experienced Childcare Teacher Aides for its Inspire Howell location in Howell Township, New Jersey. Floating Teacher Aide opportunities are available on a part-time or full-time basis. The role involves creating a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment; supporting children's learning through a play-based curriculum; and helping children grow, build confidence, and develop. Aides build relationships with children and families, keep classrooms organized and compliant with state standards, and collaborate with a supportive team. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in a childcare setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
