The Childcare Provider works with children in families’ homes, leading engaging, child-focused activities such as play, reading, arts and crafts, and other activities. The role involves assignments with a variety of families and children, with part-time schedules of 12–30 hours per week available. Weekday afternoons and weekends are the greatest scheduling needs. Providers may need to travel to different family homes and, when requested, transport children to and from activities during a shift. The employer provides assignments after a single interview and offers training, support, nanny supplies and tools, app-based scheduling and assignment management, and ongoing contact and development opportunities. Employment is described as legal, with direct-deposit pay. The listed pay range is $20–$26 per hour, plus sibling-care bonuses and guaranteed mileage reimbursements (up to $25 an hour).
