About The Position

Inspire Early Education is hiring childcare teachers for MapleLeaf Childcare Center – Malta North in Ballston Spa, New York. Available roles include School Age Teacher Lead, Infant Teacher Lead, Toddler Teacher Lead, and Floating Teachers serving all age groups. Teachers create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom; bring learning to life through a play-based curriculum; support children's growth, confidence, and development; build relationships with children and families; keep classrooms organized and meet state standards; and collaborate with a supportive team. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a childcare setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive attitude and passion for working with children.
• Ability to pass background and health requirements.

Nice To Haves

• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
