About The Position
Inspire Early Education is hiring caring, experienced Childcare Teachers for its Inspire Schaffner location in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Openings are for Older Toddler Teachers and Floating Teachers who work with all age groups. Teachers create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom, support children’s learning and development through a play-based curriculum, and build meaningful relationships with children and families. They work collaboratively with a supportive team and keep classrooms organized while meeting state standards. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in a childcare setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude and passion for working with children.
- Ability to pass background and health requirements.
Nice To Haves
- CDA or a degree in Early Childhood Education.
